	Osmium Special Situations Fund Ltd is the beneficial owner of 1,448,500 shares of Common Stock.

	Osmium Special Situations Fund Ltd is the beneficial owner of 5.5% of the outstanding shares of Common Stock. This percentage is determined by dividing the number of shares beneficially held by 26,450,000, which includes the number of shares of Common Stock issued and outstanding as of July 31, 2006, as reported in the Issuer's 10-Q filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 10, 2006. The total number of shares beneficially owned by Osmium Special Situations Fund Ltd directly include 200,000 shares of Common Stock that may be acquired through the exercise of warrants.
